30-Day Return Policy :
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original art, vintage items and digital downloadable products are non-refundable or valid for an exchange.
Refund Process :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed (excluding the shipping costs), and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds :
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times vary, so allow some time before your refund is officially posted. If issues persist, contact us at info@cadoreland.com
Sale Items :
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges :
We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@cadoreland.com. Please note that second-hand and vintage items aren't eligible for an exchange or refund.
International Shipping :
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Cadoreland is not liable for any additional costs associated with the importation of goods.
If a customer refuses to pay the duties and taxes upon delivery and the package is returned, the customer agrees to cover all return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred by Cadoreland as a result of the return.
Shipping for Return :
To return your product, mail it to the provided address. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for items over $40, and note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
