1) Why do shipping fees appear before entering the address?

This is a known technical issue that can't be adjusted for now. Simply ignore the initial shipping fees shown in the summary and only refer to the fees displayed after entering the full address.

2) How do I download a digital purchase?

After payment, a download link will appear on-screen, and an email with the link will also be sent. If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam folder. Once you click the link, the file will download to your device’s download folder.

If the file is in ZIP format, you can open it easily with free tools like 7-Zip or WinRAR.

3) How do I print a downloaded digital file?

After unzipping, select your preferred format and print it at home, at a local store (such as Staples), or through a reliable online service like Vistaprint or Printful.

Note: Print colors may vary slightly from the digital image due to factors such as screen color calibration, paper choice (glossy, satin, matte), and inks. For example, matte photo paper may provide softer tones compared to glossy paper.

4) How can I receive the 10% discount for new subscribers?

Once you’ve subscribed to the mailing list, an email with your 10% discount will be sent to you. If it doesn’t arrive immediately, please allow a short delay and check your spam folder if necessary. Note that this email is sent only once.

5) Are vintage and pre-owned items thoroughly cleaned?

Yes, all vintage and pre-owned items are carefully sanitized and cleaned to the highest possible standards, depending on the item’s fragility. We take great care to ensure each piece meets strict hygiene standards so you can enjoy your unique find with confidence.

6) Do the artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Marie Cadore, ensuring the authenticity and provenance of the piece.

7) How do I use the seed paper " Thank You" notes?

To grow the seeds, follow these steps :

1. Soak the note in water overnight.

2. Then, place it in a pot or directly in the soil, lightly cover it with soil

3. Water regularly to keep the soil moist.

In a few days, you’ll see the first sprouts appear!
